ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.08.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 24(1) of COTPA Act and Section 123 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.291 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court, earlier by order dated 18.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25658 of 2025, dismissed the bail application and now, the learned counsel for the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ssi petitioner submitted that the material part of the investigation is completed. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and reported that investigation in this case is not concluded. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
