When the matter came up for hearing during the last occasion, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given change of Vakalat and that he is no longer appearing in this writ petition.

2. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to verify if any other counsel had filed Vakalat. In the absence of the same, the name was of the petitioner was directed to be printed in the cause list. Even today, the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel and there is no representative of the petitioner present at the time of hearing.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
