PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order or direction to the learned Presiding Officer of the Court as to number the petition made in I.A.SR.No.116 of 2025 in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.10 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif, Chengalpet.

2. The petitions filed by the petitioner was returned on the ground that she failed to file any affidavit in support of the petition to condone the delay in representation.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he filed verified petition to condone the delay in representation and the same is 3/6
sufficient and the Trial Court committed an error in insisting to file an affidavit.
4. The petitioner herein seeks condonation of delay in representation of returned papers. Therefore, it is incumbent on the petitioner to file an affidavit explaining the reasons for condoning the delay. The Court below is justified in insisting an affidavit. I do not find any error in the docket order and hence, the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to file necessary affidavit within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On filing of necessary affidavit by the petitioner, the Court below is directed to number the interlocutory applications in I.A.SR.Nos.104 and 116 of 2025, if they are otherwise in order.
