ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties as per the order of this Court in Crl.MP.No.4194 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.677 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 20.01.2025, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties and comply the condition in time. Thereby, he once again seeks extension of time.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvannamalai, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand

automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
