The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed by the Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation against the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/learned Special Sub Judge, Mannargudi.

2. The learned Counsel for Respondent/Claimant present in Court has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.29916 of 2024 is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent/Claimant, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
