Respondent(s) PRAYER; The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioners representation dated 13.09.2025 directing the 1st respondent Tamilnadu waqf board to call for scrutinize and take appropriate action of the accounts of the Nagore dargah Nagappatinam District managed by the 2nd respondent as prayed for in the petitioners representation dated 13.09.2025 in accordance with law within a
time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the petitioners representation dated 13.09.2025 directing the 1st respondent Tamilnadu waqf board to call for scrutinize and take appropriate action of the accounts of the Nagore dargah Nagappatinam District managed by the 2nd respondent as prayed for in the petitioners representation dated 13.09.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a shareholder of Nagore Dargah and an Ex-member of the Tamil Nadu State Minorities Commission. The petitioner made a detailed representation on 13.09.2025 to the first respondent highlighting serious irregularities. These include failure to produce audited accounts for several years. However, the first respondent has failed to take any remedial or corrective action. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a time frame as fixed by this court.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the necessary parties.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
