The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.121 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed in S.R.No.8388 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, on 06.03.2025. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if the petitioner so desires.
