It is reported by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner has no means and was unable to mobilise the funds to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8909 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.212 of 2020, dated 24.07.2023 and hence, sought for extension of time. In view of the said request, time is extended till 22.01.2025.
