This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondents to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner for the Property and land measuring an extent of 1507 square Feet bearing Door No 1/111, Mariyamman Koil street, Naranamangalam village and post, melmalaiyanur Taluk, Villupuram Distrct, comprised in Old Survey No.99 and New No.158 sub divided into 158/1, 158/2, 158/3 and 158/4 in view of the G.O.Ms. No 97, dated 21.02.2025, considering the Petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021 and 02.05.2025 and not 2/4

giving effect to the recommendations of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka. S1/ 3899 / 2020 dated 12.03.2024 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 19.08.2021 and 02.05.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
