ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29558 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the final report has been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Salem.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 29558 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
