O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey Nos.138 / 2 B1 and 138 / 2B3 at Gengadevankuppam village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District in pursuance to the petitioner's online 1/4

application No.2025 / 0103 35/ 452046 dated 31/07/2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 31.07.2025, seeking issuance of patta in respect of the subject property, and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
