This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the Revision against the order dated 14.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2025 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 106 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
