This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22548 of 2024, dated 18.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.93 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Palladam and the case is posted for hearing on 08.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22548 of 2024, dated 18.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Palladam on 08.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
