ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in order dated 30.01.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.970/2023 in Crl.OP.No.26737 of 2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in order dated 30.01.2023 in Crl.MP.No.970/2023 in Crl.OP.No.26737 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the committal Court for a period of two weeks at 10:30 a.m., and thereafter, before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
