Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a survey of the land and issue individual pattas following the demarcation of the land boundaries as referenced by the e-challan number 2024/0105/06/545440, dated 05.10.2024 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2024 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 05.10.2024.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite making an application through online vide challan number 2024/0105/06/545440, dated 05.10.2024 to conduct a survey in respect of Survey No.37/1A1 an extent of 0/16.00 Ares, S.No.37/1A2 an extent of 0.25.50 Ares and S.No.37/1B2 an extent of 0/19.50 Ares at Pa.Nallur Revenue Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, the respondents have not proceeded to survey the land in question.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the request of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has submitted their online application as early as on 05.10.2024, a mandamus is issued to the respondents to conduct survey and issue individual pattas following the demarcation of the land boundaries as referenced by his online application. The petitioner shall submit all the 2/4
relevant records to show his title to the property and the respondents shall, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and interested parties, hold an enquiry and thereafter, proceed to pass orders either surveying and subdividing the property or rejecting the request. In the case of a rejection, a speaking order shall be passed. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
