O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of his representation dated 05.08.2024 in the light of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Naa.Kaa.No.4802/2023/A2 dated 29.09.2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that Alamarathu Kuzhi Muniappan Temple in Jothipatti Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District was constructed out of contribution made by 44 families of the village and therefore, it acquired character of the public temple. The private respondents had taken a decision to exclude the petitioner from the temple festival. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 05.08.2024 before the 1st respondent against the social boycott called by the respondents 4 to 6. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3.Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submits that representation will be considered in accordance with law.

4. A perusal of the typed set of papers would suggest that earlier similar representation was given to the 2nd respondent and he, in his proceedings in Naa.Kaa.No.4802/2023/A2 dated 29.09.2023, directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation and pass further orders.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, the 1st respondent is directed to forward the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.08.2024 to the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
