Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to rectify the errors on the revenue records relating to the Survey No.33/2 at Avalampatty Revenue Village, Morapur Taluk, Dharmapuri District and restore in the original position by considering petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024, 06.08.2024, 06.11.2024, 15.04.2025 and 11.08.2025. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 2nd Respondent to rectify the errors on the revenue records relating to the Survey No.33/2 at Avalampatty Revenue Village, Morapur Taluk, Dharmapuri District and restore in the original position by considering petitioner's representations dated 14.06.2024, 06.08.2024, 06.11.2024, 15.04.2025 and 11.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.06.2024, 06.08.2024, 06.11.2024, 15.04.2025 and 11.08.2025, seeking rectification of the errors in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
