ORDER

The petitioner is arrayed as accused in A1 under sections 85 and 108 of BNSS, 2023 in Cr.No.189/2025.

2. According to him, after the petitioner got released on bail, when he went to his house, two mobile phones funds were used by her wife. When he requested the police to examine the respondent police to find out the truth in the matter, in this regard, representation is also given. Hence, seeks for a direction.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if the phones are produced before the Investigating Officer, the IO will examine the phones and also find out the call details etc.,

4. Such view of the matter, let the petitioner produce the so-called mobile phones left by her wife to the police and the police subject them to forensic examination and file further reports, if any to the concerned Court.
