ORDER
The intending appellant has applied to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the appeal.
2. In the affidavit filed in support, it is stated that the initial proceedings were initiated more than 10 years ago and additional time was necessary to verify all the relevant files. It is also stated that new lawyers were appointed.
3. Both the learned counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents opposed this application.
4. On considering the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this petition is allowed.
