PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 24.09.2025 by conducting an effective enquiry within a stipulated time, and to pass appropriate other orders theron. ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents seeking to conduct enquiry and restore encroachments in property situate at No.158, Vadagampaadi, Madura Kaatu Thangal Village, Survey No.167/8 in Thirukazhukundram on 24.09.2025. However, since no action has been taken by the respondents on the representation dated 24.09.2025, the present petition is filed by the petitioner for an appropriate direction.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has earlier given a same complaint before the CM Cell on 18.08.2025, which was forwarded to the 4 th respondent by the 1 st respondent and a CSR has been registered in CSR No.1235 of 2025 daed 22.09.2025. Further, he would submit that the 4 th respondent would enquire into the matter and dispose of the representation within a specified period.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, the 4 th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the parties concerned.
