ORDER

The Revision challenges the order taking cognizance by the learned Magistrate for the offences under Sections 307, 326, 341, 352, 506(ii) and 34 IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the case has been since committed to the Sessions Court, charges have been framed and two witnesses have already been examined. 3.In view of the change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Revision at this stage.

4.The Revision is accordingly dismissed. It is for the petitioners to raise all the points before the trial Court, which may be considered by the trial Court

on its own merits. Considering that all the petitioners are ladies, their appearance before the trial Court is dispensed with (provided they are represented by a lawyer), except on the hearings when their presence is required for the progress of the trial. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
