..Respondent(s) Prayer: This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the Writ Petition as "it is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or Order or Direction in the nature of the Writ under Article-226 of the Constitution of India and call for the records and award dated 25.04.2014 passed in ID/No-237/2011 by the learned Presiding Officer, 1st Additional Labour Court, together with the consequential Impugned Order of the 2nd respondent herein made in Letter of Communication No.Lr.No.001079/063/SE/CEDC/ North/ Admn /A4/ECOURT CASE 2017, dated 13.03.2017 and Quash the same as rife with infirmity and error in law and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay the petitioner-Employee's full, tenure benefits/ dues and statutory entitlements in law such as Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Earned Leave Salary etc., up to the date of superannuation, deducting therefrom the amount paid as compensation, within a

time frame and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice" Instead of " in view of the forgoing, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or Order or Direction on the nature of Writ under Article-226 of the Constitution of India and call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent herein relating to its impugned order in Letter of Communication No.IR.No.001079/063/SE/CEDC/North Admo Admin /A4/ F Court Case ID No.237/2011 dated 13.03.2017 as rife with infirmities, error in law apparent on the face of record and illegal and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay the Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension, Commutation of Pension from 30.09.

2009 and Earned Leave Salary on the basis of the Revised Time Scale and remit the same within the time frame fixed by the Hon'ble Court with due interest at the rate of 10% p.a., to the Petitioner thereon and pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the Case and thus render justice".
