ORDER

The above petition is filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Assignee [AGOT] to grant permission to donate a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Ten Thousand only] to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Thiruvannamalai for providing grocery items to twenty families who are affected and dislocated by landslide in the hill during Fengal cyclone and heavy rainfall, from the accumulated funds that corresponds to FY 2019-2020 by transferring the above sum into the Bank Account of the Chairman, DLSA, Thiruvannamalai and which belong to trust estate of Maligai Merchant Charities.

2.Learned AGOT has filed a Report about the genuineness of the request. In the Report, learned AGOT has stated that the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- is for a bona fide charitable purpose. 3.This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the Report to grant permission. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
