ORDER

The above petition is filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Assignee [AGOT] to purchase a three seater battery vehicle [Buggy] with stretcher for a sum of Rs.5,60,000/- [Rupees Five Lakhs Sixty Thousand only] from TRI Electric Private Limited, Plot No.D5, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur District 601 201 and to donate the same to the Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Thirukovil, Thiruvannamalai for attending medical emergency of the pilgrims, from the accumulated funds that corresponds to FY 2019-2020 and which belong to trust estate of Maligai Merchant Charities.

2.Learned AGOT has filed a Report about the genuineness of the request. In the Report, learned AGOT has stated that the amount of Rs.5,60,000/- is for a bona fide charitable purpose. 3.This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the Report to grant permission. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
