(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the review petition against the common judgment passed by this Court in W.P.No.29948 of 2019 dated 04.07.2024.

2. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The delay is explained to the satisfaction of this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objections to allow this petition.

3. In view of the above, the miscellaneous petition is ordered. The delay of 25 days in filing review petition is condoned. Registry is directed to number this review petition and list the same before this Court, if otherwise in order.
