ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 17.12.2024 passed by the respondent.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. She had also made an endorsement with regard to the same in the case bundle.

3. Further, she would submit that in this case, since there was no separate patta in the name of the petitioner, the respondent had refused to register the document vide the impugned order. Subsequent to the said refusal order, a separate patta was obtained by the petitioner and hence, now, she requests this Court to grant liberty to once again file a representation before the respondent for registration of the document.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a representation 2/4

before the respondent for registration of the document, in which case, the respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. No cost.
