This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23564 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.117 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore and the next hearing date is 07.02.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23564 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on 07.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
