Prayer in W.P.No.39358 of 2025: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in respect of the impugned award dated 19.08.2025 passed in Case No. RJ / 02/ S / JPQ / 00732 by the 1st respondent and quash the same as against the principles of natural justice.

Mr. S.T.Raja COMMON ORDER The impugned orders have been passed by the 1st respondent, who is seated at Jaipur. There is a vibrant Court functioning in Jaipur under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Rajasthan. Even though a part of the cause of action could have arisen in Chennai, the principle of forum conveniens persuades me to direct the petitioner to approach the Courts in Rajasthan.

2. Mr. S.T.Raja seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to approach the High Court at Rajasthan. Permission is

granted. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
