In order to give one more opportunity to the respondent to put forth her objections to the transfer sought for, the Registry was directed to list these cases today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2. I proceeded to hear Ms.Abinumonisha, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the husband in a matrimonial proceedings and he has sought for the transfer of above three proceedings from the Courts of Madurai to the Courts in Chennai. It is seen from the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petitions that the respondent has already shifted her residence and presently residing in Chennai where she is employed. In view of the above there cannot be any serious objections or inconvenience to the respondent for the transfer request made by the 2/4

petitioner being proceeded to.

4. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for, with a direction to the Family Court, Chennai to take up the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.482 of 2023 & H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2023 either by itself or assign it to any other Family Court at Chennai subject to pendency of cases before the Family Courts at Chennai. Further, D.V.C.No.128 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Chennai.
