..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot a 1/5
house in the ground floor under the economically Weaker Section, Located in Periyanaiken Palayam Village, Coimbatore by considering the representation made by the Petitioner on 30.07.2024 and 03.08.2024 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to allot a ground floor flat, under Economically Weaker Section flats, constructed in Periyanaikenpalayam Village, Coimbatore by considering her representations dated 30.07.2024 and 03.08.2024. 2/5
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she applied for allotment of house in the above mentioned scheme. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.07.2024 and 03.08.2024 before the 3rd respondent seeking allotment of flat in the ground floor of the 6th Block mainly on the ground that her husband was a cardiac patient and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mrs.K.Indumathy Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 5. Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent, Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent.
5. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner would indicate that petitioner has not referred about cardiac ailment of her husband and she has not produced any document to substantiate her claim. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file supporting documents before the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2024 3/5
shall be considered by the 3rd respondent and final orders shall be passed on its' own merits within a period of six weeks thereafter.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
