This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25812 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is yet to be filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25812 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
