ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29338 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 in Para No.4(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29338 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
