ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to review the suspension order vide Roc.1327/2025/B dated 04.04.2025 as per the Government order vide G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and G.O.(D) No.450, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 01.08.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was selected as Village Administrative Officer under Group IV category by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission and posted at Kadathur. Subsequently, he was transferred to Challapillakuttai Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. While so, on the basis of a complaint made by one Rajendran against the petitioner, an order of suspension was issued by the second respondent on 04.04.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 07.07.2025, before the second respondent to review the said suspension order keeping in view the aforementioned Government Orders. 2/5
The said representation is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the appropriate authority to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the appropriate authority, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025, in the light of 3/5
G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and G.O.(D) No.450, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 01.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
