Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's manufacturing unit "GG Engineering" D.No.13/17, Perumal Koil Street, Extension, 1st Lane, Balajipalayam, Chinnasekkadu, Manali, Chennai-600 068, so as to enable the petitioner to run the manufacturing unit, till the petitioner shifting the same to a alternative place and till then permit the petitioners to run the
