This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.672 of 2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur in C.C.No.360 of 2025 and the next hearing date is fixed on 25.02.2026 for the evidence of LWs.1 to 3.
