This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27312 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, everday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed in PRC. No.10 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Dharmapuri and the case posted for hearing on 10.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27312 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Dharmapuri on 10.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
