The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 07.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27473 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
