ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to implement the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.162, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2ii) Department dated 18.10.2022 on the basis of the revised order passed to the petitioner's junior R.Charles in G.O.(2D) No.93, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 16.09.2024 so as to enable the petitioner to get pension by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials 2/5

available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
