Prayer in W.P.18370/04:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to carry on stone quarrying operation in respect of the lands bearing S.F.No.424 measuring an extent of 5.00.0 hectares in Kodikulam Village, Virudhunagar District for a period of five years to complete ten years lease period pursuant to the amended Rule 8

(8) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rule 1959 on payment of enhanced lease amount.

Prayer in W.P.18371/04:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to carry on stone quarrying operation in respect of the lands bearing S.F.No.658 (Western part) measuring an extent of 2.02.5 hectares in Moovaraivendran Village, Virudhunagar District for a period of five years to complete ten years lease period pursuant to the amended Rule 8(8) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rule 1959 on payment of enhanced lease amount.
