ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register Flat No.209/21 in MIG section of the apartments constructed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board in Anna Nagar West Extension Scheme, Anna Nagar Division which was allotted and handed over by the respondents in the name 2/6

of the petitioners.

2. Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents are satisfied that the petitioners have paid the entire amount and that there is no other impediment and that the sale deed will be executed in favour of the petitioners.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
