O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.219 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri to state as to how long he requires to dispose of O.S.No.219 of 2013.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri has sent a report stating that now the suit has been posted for cross-examination of P.W.1 on 27.01.2025. Therefore, the learned Judge requests six months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.219 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
