ORDER

The petitioner herein, who had jumped bail in a murder case has been absconding for nearly 7 years and the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 13.07.2018 and the same was executed only on 12.06.2025 and due to his long abscondence, the case is still in PRC stage in P.R.C.No.23 of 2013. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a history-sheeter having 42 previous cases, out of which 19 cases are grievous in nature. He further submitted that the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 14.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22643 of 2025 and opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. 3.

Considering the facts, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of earlier bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22643 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 2/4
