ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting Suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 10.10.2025 has directed to execute two sureties out of which one must be a blood related surety. The petitioner is unable to execute the blood related surety, hence seeks modification.

3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) reads as follows:

....(b) The petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each in which one surety must be a family member, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District. .....

4. Registry is directed to make out the necessary correction in the order copy and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
