Crl.M.P.Nos.19193 & 19194 of 2025 COMMON ORDER This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner of report before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in in Crl.O.P.Nos.20949 & 20951 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.20949 & 20951 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
