ORDER

Today (17.10.2025), the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the matter was taken up for disposal on 10.10.2025, the petitioner had contended that already a civil suit in O.S.No.25 of 2008 is pending between the petitioner and the defacto complainant before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai". The said contention is not reflected in the order dated 10.10.2025. Hence, he seeks appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, paragraph No.2 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27730 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025, shall be read as follows: "2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner despite there is a civil suit pending between the parties in O.S.No.25 of 2008 on the file of the the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai."
