Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of declaration, declaring the action of the respondents in scrutinizing the appointments of the employees of the third respondent society pursuant to the notice of the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.4444/2003 dated 12/12/2003 as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any manner dispensing with the services or the employees of the third respondent society.
