This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28204 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam, which is yet to be numbered. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28204 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
