Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.640 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur to the file of the Sub Court, Kanchipuram.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a good ground for seeking transfer.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent also fairly submitted that the respondent has no serious objections that the transfer to be ordered as prayed for to the petitioner wife.

5. In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. HMOP.No.640 of 2024 is withdrawn on the file of the Family Court, Karur and transfer to the file of Sub Court, Kanchipuram. The transferee Court namely the Sub Court, Kancheepuram shall not insist upon 2/4

the physical appearance of the respondent / husband for all hearing dates, except where it is absolutely necessary.

6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
