Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam, which is yet to be numbered. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28368 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
