2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the Page Nos.1/3
respondent submitted that all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 6304 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3058 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025 had been complied with by the petitioner/accused regularly.
3. In the light of the above submissions made by him, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3058 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025 in Crime No. 284 of 2024 against the petitioner/Accused are relaxed in toto.
